installing offset catch tray for xerox 7655??

i have a 7655 that i took the professional finisher off due to problems running 13x19 adhesive and bought a offset catch tray. is there anything extra that i need to do to install the tray? i am having problems when running 50+ tabloide's it gets stuck coming out of the fuser?? thanks!

maybe the problem is not the output tray (offset catch tray or finisher).

is the adhesive made for digital printing? I've seen many low quality adhesives that after a few sheets, because of the heat generated inside the machine after warming up, the adhesive starts to peel out or jam.

i think you hit the nail on the head, living in mexico the quality is not that good! although when i get a job of 500+ adhesive 13x19 it was just to much of a headache! also the loss of paper at the fuser beacuse of the jammed paper in the finsiher, i just didnt see the value?? although i love the machine, but havent yet done any booklets, but looking forward to it. do you have any experience with the bookletmaker?? thanks!

the professional finisher is very good and realiable, if you use for what it is meant to be. Booklets in plain 24lb paper.
