Inter locks problem in Lotem 400 Quantum ctp machine

When machine was installed we have encountered this problem while every door is closed it keeps saying open inter locks. What do you think it is, please share if you have any idea

Once you've initially closed the door, try giving it an added push using a little more force. Sometimes you'll hear it lock into place. That's standard procedure for the top-rear door on our Lotem, at least.

I'm guessing that either one of the interlock "keys" is not hitting it's slot or you have a faulty interlock switch. Make sure the keys are properly secured. I've seen this kind of thing happen on all kinds of machines when the keys work themselves loose.
