Yes, this is an automatic double loop wire binder that is a lesser copy of the Rilecart B-599 and B-535. The machines bind up to 4,000 and 3,000 BPH respectively. An automatic cover flipper is available for both machines. I have a used B-599 available and we will be showing it at the PRINT 13 show in Chicago next week.
