Komori Coater overload

can anyone recommend a electrical mechanic to help us with an overload problem on our coater unit?

we have a Komori 526 with coater it works but runs hot and over loads all the time!

What model press is it? L40 or L26/28

Where are you located? I may be able to recommend a technician.

Otherwise, check the three phase voltage into the motor amplifier, it should be no less than 200 voltss on all three phases. If ok, remove the drive motor and check that the pan roller turns free. The problem could be with a bearing in the press or motor.
Otherwise, the amplifier could be at fault.
