Hi,
We recently brought in a KM bizhub Pro 950 black and white machine. About 80% of the time when we hit Proof Copy on the machine, it'll spit out the copy and then the machine freezes. It doesn't go to the next screen showing you the details of the job. Just stays on the Copy screen and no amount of press the screen buttons nor the display's buttons changes it. Turning off the Sub-Power doesn't do anything either. Only way to fix it is to shut down the entire machine and then bring it back up.
We've tried to isolate what causes it, but it seems to know when we're trying to nail down the problem. Each time we try the same job to recreate the problem, it doesn't freeze. Each time a tech is in, we can't make it freeze. But when a customer comes in or we use it for a job, it will do it all the time.
The techs say nothing is on the KM knowledge base about this and they never heard of it.
So, I'm wondering if anyone else knows what's going on or some sort of fix.
If I need to clarify anything, let me know.
Thanks for the help,
Matt
