We have been using Kodak Proofing Software 3.3.0.548 and epson 9880 for a couple years. We never turn it off or very rarely restart because we are afraid off loosing the connection. The KPS software on window XP is now NOT connecting to our 9880. The epson is attached via USB and KPS keeps trying to connect with no success. Created a printer with no problems, so the computer connection is fine. Has anyone experienced this and can walk me thru the steps to restore the connection on the kps software.
