Lotem 800 v laser problem

actually i'v tried all kind of ways to solve this but invain

fist the lotem sends no error
recieved the files and start rotating

but after finishing , i found nothing on the plate .. nothing ,

what would be the problem ,
please advice

i've changed the DDB card with another one with same serial number and it keeps send me this msg
DDB card version incompatible with application ,
any help ! !!!!!
