Mako 46 Imaging Solid Black

We just received a Mako 46 Shipped from Germany (Used) after Installation it outputs solid black area, as if the laser is exposing the entire film. Tried some Calibration Files from Rip, and tried Test Patterns 2 & 3 on the imagesetter with different exposures from 30-150 & the result is Solid Black output on the whole width of the film with a 10mm transparent gap between each output.

Hi,
Basit,please can you explain me how to do the Test Patterns on mako imagesetter?
I have the same problem but I don't know how to do it.

Dieudos123, the test pattern procedure is explained in the user manual (operator guide).
