Hi i have a sm 52-2 mod 1998
i am having a problem with the left side guide it gives me an incorrect sheet size when i set it from the cptronic.
Any remedies??

By left side guide you mean D.S or O.S?
Did anyone removed the servo drive of the side guide and installed again?

I mean the Operating side when i set it to the size the printing is not set in the middle of the paper , the drive side is ok the margin of error is only 1mm, but to the operating side it is 1 cm.
About the servo drive where is it installed??

It is under the feedboard and you will have to remove the forwarding roller shafts, drive shaft,suction tape module and sheet metal plate to access the servo drive. Its pretty difficult and better to call a tech.

Is your off center setting set to zero or not?

how can i know if it is set to zero?

Go to side guide menu and check if all settings are at zero. if the precision adjustments and off center settings are at zero then you might need to calibrate your side guide.
