No10 env on KM6500

Anyone with a KM6500 that has been able to get a no 10 env to print. I can't seem to get it to go past the paper feeder unit. The envelopes are loaded in drawer 5. I tried every weight setting for the paper but no luck.
Bosses hear that it can't do envelopes so of course I get envelopes.

Good luck, maybe Random will chime in on this one. I think he would have a good answer for you.

ah ah ah ah hem - Envelopes will always jam between the PF unit and the engine as there is a ultra-sonic sensor there to detect multifeeds. An envelope is obviously two sheets of paper so the sensor correctly stops the machine.

Your service representative can turn this off in service mode.
