Novajet 750 inkjet Printer Head Calibration

Hi all,
I have a novajet 750, i am having trouble calibrating the print heads, i can print images but i dont get clear prints as i can see small dots in white areas.

I have tried to change the vertical and horizontal values as this didnt change anything
here is a print out of the printhead calibration test and test page
