Long shot here, but does anyone have experience w/ the touch screen controller for an Oxy-Dry air knife setup? Trying to troubleshoot an electrical fault which I am starting to suspect is actually a configuration problem but Baldwin/Oxy-Dry says our equipment is no longer supported and refuses to help.
Specifically what I would like to know is whether in the setup screen I should always see factory defaults or should I see the settings I entered on the previous trip to setup. I think our settings our not being written to the firmware but I'm not sure because I don't know how a functional system works.
If anyone out there in print land knows anything about these things please post back or PM me.
