Paper cutting

What would be best to use to trim graphics from a wide format machine if it needs to be cut for final use? Are there cutting tables or units that would work best?

Roller-blade table, guillotine cutter work perfect... but even a knife in skilled hands works fine too

We bought some nice safety rulers and just use an x-acto knife. it works great.

These or a cutter-plotter if you're planning on doing high volume.
