Hi EMDK,

I am a dealer for Xitron products here in Germany and I have to say that the Navigator RIP comes with no specified plug-in for Heidelberg Suprasetter models. You will need the " TIFF-B Import" enabled (photo attached) in the MetaDimension / Prinect workflow or Heidelberg "MetaShooter" / "Prinect Shooter" softwares for accepting 1bit-TIFF files from Navigator.

If you do have a Navigator v.10 and it's able to output 1 bit tiff files, you will need to activate (i.e. purchase the license) the Tiff-Import option in your Heidelberg software connected to the engine. There is no such thing as uploading a file or a kit.

you should ask your local Heidelberg dealer for the price of this additional import option. Prices may vary.
