polar 92 monitor cut problem

Hello,
I have the problem with the polar 92 it takes a long time
to cut about 7seconds when cut buttons pressed.Please anyone can help me?

Usually when the cut buttons are pushed there is a pressure switch that operates the clamp down, if it is faulty or you are not coming up to pressure , that is the delay...

so try adding hydrolic oil. or complete filter and fluid change.
