The customer has liked the machine, the initial setup from the manufacturer we purchased through was a nightmare, but between the software company and others in the account they finally got it going well. There was no initial manual or any real info. The rep we got it from new the application and everything about the customer, and after multiple arguments, we removed that rep and finally figured it out. Have not had a service call on it yet and now seeing more of these units in state. The feeder works great just need to train the sensor color is good.@QwazST , how have you guys liked this machine? Ease of operation? Consistency in feeding, print quality, etc? We've received bids on this unit and the iJetColor 1175. They seem like very similar units.
I think @famerdave has one. I'm not sure how to tag another user, but look him up on some of his posts and you can DM him.Was wondering if there’s any members out there that is using the postmark 1170 rapid color printer. Looking for a manual or a step-by-step user guide for running, it has Xitron rip. Any help would be much appreciated. Roger
Interesting as this is a super similar experience as what I had in North Carolina. We purchased the machine from Atlantic Graphic, and they had one of there techs, as well as a guy from Martin Yale come in. We spent 2 days figuring out how not to use the software, and finally Xitron stepped in, pushed some updates to our system and we were printing. Poor training from the Martin Yale rep however, and we ended up messing up 1 head on our Print bar (which is like a $4000 part). The customer has liked the machine, the initial setup from the manufacturer we purchased through was a nightmare, but between the software company and others in the account they finally got it going well.
