PowerSwitch issues with selects

Strange issue with PowerSwitch.
Main folder polls as PDFs are added in.

Seven folders under. Each looking for a name that it allows it. IE, Folder one, Letter, OR LETTER, OR letter.
Six of the seven work.
Seventh has same structure. Identical. Looking for Note, NOTE, note.
Finds it.
Sends it on its merry way....BUT, throws it into Problem jobs as well!

I have deleted this folder and replaced with new. I have changed the name of the pdf to Test and told it to look for Test instead.
It still lets the file through (as it should), but throws it into Problem Files and gives me the error of: No Outgoing Connection Accepts This Job

What I "seem" to be finding.
I cannot do an OR statement.
I have to look for LETTER, not Letter and letter.
