Preps Ganging missing marks

I'm just starting to use Preps Ganging and when I drag one of my existing marks or smart marks onto the sheet I get the following error message (see attached). In the preferences I have it pointing to the Araxi Preps volume where all of my templates and marks reside. I don't know why it can't see the marks.

Well, I would do exactly what the message tells you. Make sure that the file it's looking for exists in that location, and make sure that you have privileges to access it. If it's on a network volume you may not have the necessary read/write privileges.

If you are using Prinergy 5 and SMB shares, make sure you mount it using the computer name instead of the IP address.
