We have 2 servers working with Prinergy Evo version 3.0.6.5 , and both are running same configuration with 2 dongles. And our one system damaged and installer cds are not working.
we have take the ghost backup of presently working system restored in New system, the issue is its not accepting new Dongle. can u please tell me the procedure to update dongle and computer name.
