print drive problem

we have agfa avantra 44s and we drive it by print drive series 3 version 1 update c , recently this problem appear when we are using narrow media like 75cm or smaller all things is ok yestrday we use 36 inch or 91.4cm width and after we define the media in printdrive in semi automatic mode and assign it to avantra we can not image anything on this media .
in the media menu we see grey light icon beside the 36 inch media .
grey light is meaning as in reference card

Not Available or Non-Urgent Mismatch
Media is loaded on the output device but PrintDrive
cannot access the media without user intervention.
OR
This media is not assigned to this device. Use the
PrintDrive Device Properties dialog to assign the media to
the device.

anyone have like this status ... any sugeest you are welcome

Sometimes youjust need to restart the system. I remember that sometimes I would have to put the output device offline and then back online again, but didn't think much of it. You are sure you didn't need to unload the one media so you can load the other?
Don't have a print drive anymore so I can't repeat the procedure :S
