There is a problem with spinner encoder. Weak diode, dirt disk, misalignment. Ask for professional support on local dealer. You can try a plot at lower spinner speed.

Go to NVM, look for res tables. Next to resolution in DPCM is spinner speed in RPM. Lower the RPM number, press Save all (with appropriate function key). Then you have to recalibrate the machine strating laser intensity and then excurve. If this helps, you will work with lower production since lower spinner speeds means thatit will make image slower.
But I think that you have some other problem, probably in electronics or even software. This is too regular to happen as a consequence of dirt.
Recalibration is explained in users manual. You need film densitometer for that. Find the right density and then correct ex-curve.
Dirt: don't touch optics. Try to clean all contacts like cards in dolev and cable connectors. Long shot but who knows. If it is optics, it is cheaper to call service specialist.
In most cases only after printing is half that it begins to "drag".
