Hi everyone,

I am newer in this forum.
I read many threads and i'm not found any about my problem.

I had this problem any time i print on my dolev (see the photo below)

Has anyone had the same problem?
How can I solve?

Thank you all,

Hello Alvoeiro,

There is a problem with spinner encoder. Weak diode, dirt disk, misalignment. Ask for professional support on local dealer. You can try a plot at lower spinner speed.

How i configure the machine to plot at low speed?

Go to NVM, look for res tables. Next to resolution in DPCM is spinner speed in RPM. Lower the RPM number, press Save all (with appropriate function key). Then you have to recalibrate the machine strating laser intensity and then excurve. If this helps, you will work with lower production since lower spinner speeds means thatit will make image slower.
But I think that you have some other problem, probably in electronics or even software. This is too regular to happen as a consequence of dirt.

Hi,

How i recalibrate the machine?

if it is to be dirty, which may be? which zone should I clean the machine?

regards

Recalibration is explained in users manual. You need film densitometer for that. Find the right density and then correct ex-curve.

Dirt: don't touch optics. Try to clean all contacts like cards in dolev and cable connectors. Long shot but who knows. If it is optics, it is cheaper to call service specialist.

In most cases only after printing is half that it begins to "drag".

But I'll do what I say and try again.
Thanks for the tip, I'm communicating.

Hello,

I just thoroughly clean all circuit boards including the Dolev also RIP and everything stays the same.

A few years ago I had a problem, can not remember if the same, and the only solution was to replace the TSP board RIP. I will face the same problem?

In Portugal it is difficult to get technical assistance for these machines.
Is there any site / store in europe where you can buy parts for the Dolev?

regards

Alvoeiro,
What is your front end? Whet output format you are using when plotting? The problem could be a very high spinner speed.

the speed of the spinner at the minimum.

what you mean by front-end? my English is not the best :/

You could have a problematicc format like:

clc150r10c , clc133r10c,
clc175r10c and others .

Checkthe format and make sure that you do NOT have a spinner speed value in the format. Try and use a completely different format than the ones that you have been using.

Its a Brisque

I am not sure which errors you are talking about? In your expose dialogue from the brisque look at the FORMAT that you are using. This is where you choose which Type of DOT/ type of Screening ( Shifted S or Conventional C ) Screening 150lpi/175lpi etc....Angles etc. etc. Here there will be a Window for Spinner Speed. This should NOT have any number in it.

which the description of these errors?
