Problems with Founder ElecRoc

Hello, I am working with workflow Elecroc since 2 years ago.
I have some maintenance problems with the jobtickets.
Anybody works with this workflow? I think i am the only working with it?

I've been working with ElecRoc for two years. It works well.
Where did you buy? The seller should help you to solve the problems.

I know there are almost 1,000 customers working with ElecRoc now.

I have a few old jobtickets i can't delete from the Job Management list. It sais: "The job cannot be deleted at preset!"
The job is not in use and I tryed restarting the system but the same message appears.
How can I delete it?

My company bought it from a second hand reseller, the techical service about Elecroc was very deficient. I had to discover all about Elecroc myself with a manual, and we actually dont work with the reseller
 
Hi

In order to find the problem of deleting job tickets, please do as following:
1, Close ElecRoc Client, and then delete the file Client.log from \Founder\Client\Bin\
2, Restart Client, delete the old job tickets again.
3, Send me to client.log to [email protected]

I did that you say but the result is the same, I cannot delete the job.
I send you the file by email.
