ptr -4300s error Ex15b

We are frequently getting error 'Ex15b' Balancer is not moved to target position. Please help with this problem.
 
Dear Basit:

Clean the area where the balancer takes position on the drum extrem, I mean on each side of the drum are located the balancer, and the surface where them do contact is dirty, and then they do not move. Be careful, do not clean with any solution, only with dry cloth, they are magnetics.
