Questions about the Versant 80

Xerox has offered us one heck of a deal on a Versant 80 . . . we are currently running a 770 and are pleased with it. The new arrangement would apparently cost us about 120 dollars US more a month. Any comments? Also I seem to recall the versant family being able to run a 660 mm sheet through the bypass tray?????? any truth to that????

The machine is capable of 660mm but the only region actually providing the machine with it enabled is Fuji Xerox (Asia/Austrailia region). Everywhere else is limited to the usual 488mm. Someone on here put up an update about a month ago saying their rep in the UK informed them that an update will soon be provided to enable this function but its yet to be officially confirmed.
