Ricoh 7210 5th Color

Can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to use this feature?
My file has the spot color created and applied to all text and rectangle boxes.
When I open it in Fiery, go to SPECIALTY COLOR, there are some options I can click and unclick.
I've tried them all and cannot get my desired results.
I'm trying to get neon pink onto some text and reverse boxes. I can see the color has changed in these areas, but they are not neon pink.
If I click FULL PAGE, that's when I get the neon pink, but it's the entire page, literally.
I've also tried converting the text to outline but I'm still struggling to get my results.

What did you call the layer in the file? Were you using InDesign or a different software. I have two Ricoh 7210 with 5th color. I have one as clear and one was white. I have one file that we use for clear and when I tried running it on the white 5th color printer, nothing happened. When I changed the layer name to white using InDesign it did work. I did not think it would matter but something to look into. I saw a Youtube video and they called the layer or swatch NeonP. Maybe that will help.

no, it should be bright barbie pink like the 3rd sample in the pic

I just watched this one! LOL! Still not working tho. my Fiery has a COLOR and a SPECIALTY COLOR tab on the left. When i go to SPECIALTY COLOR, i have all these options I can check or uncheck. Playing around with that now.

I'm not sure what the spot color needs to be named for the Neon Pink, as we only use Clear and White. For us the spot colors need to be named exactly Clear or White and the capitalization matters.

I think it needs to be called Luscious

On our 7110 it only needs to be the color swatch named correctly and applied to your objects. The layer names don't matter.

I have not heard of layer names mattering, but my only experience is on the Ricoh printers using a Fiery rip.
