Ricoh 9200 issues

Hi guys,

do any of you experts out there know what could be causing this issue,

Sorry i have tried to photograph this as best as possible,

i have changed the ptb and itb cleaner, all the rest of the paper path looks clean

isnt in the same place as any rollers

being fed long edge on that sra4

Occurs every 4-5 prints, however it varies in darkness but is consistently the same shape when it shows up,

Appreciate any help that you guys can give

Looks like excess toner is getting accumulated. If this was a Xerox digital press, I'd change or vacuum out the IBT cleaner and consider changing the 2nd BTR.
