Ripping sheets

Good day fellow printers,

I am having a problem in our infeed on our 8 color 106xl Heidelberg.

I am ripping the tail end of my sheets as they go into the press at the Infeed. We have narrowed it down to it being the headstops coming back up to stop the next sheet. Any ideas on what it is mechanically? I think I have tried everything Heidelberg has to offer. I also took a file over the headstops to dull them a little.

The only sheets it rips is 70 and 80# gloss my highest speed on 70# gloss right now it 10k

I could use your help! Thank you in advance,

Yes they do line up exactly. Sometimes it's at the very edge of the sheet and next time it's in like in the photos which makes it very hard to spot
