Roland VG3 540 Print Head Ribbon Cables seems out of place, loose.?

Hi Forum,

Just wandering if this looks correct, the cables that run in a track that connect to the print head looks out of place just hanging loosely. See attached picture, is this normal:

I remember from our old mutoh that it was like this
When the printhead moves the cables also move and stretch with the printhead
Also try call service or send them picture and show them,
If they cant help you Contact Roland throw their website and send them this they must help you.
