Rough edges in web printing

We are using all standard settings for news paper.
But recently we are facing some issues as attached images. Solid black edges are not smooth, and this problem is not always on same position. Can u please explain what's the cause this issue

You are not running enough "Dampening" the plate is "Catching up"

Increase dampening on both.....

We set maximum maximum dampening and even increase RPM of rollers, even we tried with different papers. But the same.

We check the roller settings, but not tried with different inks. because we are facing randomly.

Your "Next Step" ask your supplier of Fountain Sol. Concentrate to conduct a Audit of the F.S. Solution -

the checks are - Conductivity, pH, Temperature of F.S (Inflow/Outflow) also the dosing method.

A failure to make a 'clean break' at the image tail edge can be caused by the emulsion between the ink and water becoming stabilized. I do not know what fountain solution you are running or what type of dampening system your press has so there is not much I could suggest at this point to test this possibility.
