Ryobi 3304 HA technician needed

Hi
Anyone knows Ryobi 3304 HA technician, please ?
Roller setting, scumming problem, plate gripper problem.
Closer to BC would be best.

Would love to help you but we are in Maryland. We are experts on the 3304HA; sounds like you have normal issues with roller settings and the semi-automatic plate loaders etc. If you wish to outline your issues I will try to help.

We solved the problem.
Yes you're right, it's roller settings and the semi-automatic plate loaders issues.
