Selecting Inks for EG Printing

Looking for some insight on how people are selecting inks for Expanded Gamut printing. I am evaluating the options from different vendors and there seems to be some variation. The below options are recommendations for hue angles:

Esko Equinox: Choose a monopigment Orange, Green, and Violet that are closest to the base colors (in terms of hue angle) of the PANTONE Matching System (PANTONE Violet C , Orange 021 C, Green C)
FTA FIRST: Orange 54°, Green 181°, Violet 307°
PANTONE Expanded Gamut Coated Guide: Orange 58°, 180°, 311°

Esko and FTA provide recommendations for flexo, whereas I am more specifically looking for offset recommendations. Would like to get an idea of what people are doing in practice and how your ink suppliers dealt with EG ink requests.
