We had a jam and cleared it and now we are getting an error code12. Any way to clear this code or find out what is causing it??

Error 12 - Spinner speed unstable - unable load SRAM. Time to call serviceman to clean up the encoder of the Spinner (I guess).

There are several possibilities as Vlad has mentioned. The worst case would be either the Spinner or the Spin Motor Control Board. We can help with either of these. If you are interested in further information you can contact me off site or here with a direct message.
