smythe binding template

i have a 340 page book that is being smythe sewn for the binding. i am laying out the job 8 up on a 20x26 sheet in prinergy. I have seen samples online that have a mark on the fold to show that the sigs are in order. is this mark something that preps should be able to make?

Yes Preps has a smartmarks for signature IDs

In Preps go to Resources... New SmartMark... Collation Mark... use Collation Mark A
