Software for Creo Lotem 800V CTP

Hallo,

can anyone have bootable floppy and software, drivers for Lotem 800V CTP after new installation of win98?
Problem accord when hard drive stop working. It was working on Win95 than he stoped to turn.
We put new hard and make new installation of Win98 but we didn't get any sofware and drivers only one floppy disc with maschine.
Is there any solution, software? drivers? or we must contact service Kodak in our contry?

It is almost impossible to install a custom OS and have it running due to many old and hard to find drivers. Each machine should have its own OS (win95) image and software CD, and the floppy containing the registry where the machine settings are. There may be a backup floppy with the registry and media database. You can install the OS and software from another machine, but you still need the registry and the media setup. Look in the plastic pocket on the E-box door for any disks. If you bought the machine used, try contacting the vendor. If no luck - contact Kodak - they may have the original machine registry and can ship you the OS and software disks, but you will still need to have the media setup done.
If you have a good IT guy, another option is to put the bad hdd in another computer and try to recover it or at least the Lotem registry and the database files.
As a rule, always keep a backup hdd image on hand. It is much faster, easier and cheaper to get back up when drives fail.
