SREVICE CODE C-4661 onKM C1085

Hi every body,
We have service code c-4661 on our KM C1085. Machine is 1,8M count.
We change drum, corona, developer, transfer unit, clean machine, clean all sensor in the back of transfer, make all setting.

machine print some good paper sheet then print bad color registration sheet and service code 4661 appear.
On service mode, when we try to run auto color registration, we got error 2 message like on picture.

Any idea?

C-4661 is "Main body: Color registration correction abnormality (Y)"

My guess is that your colour registration sensors need cleaning or are faulty.

Thanks chrisg42, registration sensor are clean.
Today we exchange transfer unit between two machines. As a result, both of them work correctly
