Test on ECRM VR46 or MAKO 46

Does anyone know the procedure for running the grid test on an ECRM VR45 to check the image squareness on the film?
I think it's in tests 1 to 4, but I can't seem to find a way to run the exposure.

Hi, put the machine in test pattern mode and run #4 for at least 30 seconds, then stop and cut. this is the sizing grid you can use to check all geometry, squareness, sizes a.s.o.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't understand how to run the test. Do you remember how to navigate the display menu? There's no information about this in the service manual. (However, there are examples for cropping the image!)
