Touchline CF375 Stopped folding

Hi, our Touchline CF375 Stopped folding. checked all the belts, everything is fine. It looks like it miscalculates paper length by 5mm, when i measure the crease mark, then bangs to the roller and gets stuck. Can anyone explain what could be the problem? Tried all saved presets and none of them folds just results in paperjam.

If the paper length is off by 5mm, you can adjust the size you enter. If it works, you have your answer. Otherwise check/clean the sensors in the paper path.

One other thing - in older machines (like mine), the smaller diameter rollers had a tendency to soften and become sticky and misshapen. I had to replace 4 of them.

Maybe you have service manual with all sensors shown in it? By the way, it happened in the middle of creasing and folding operation and never recovered.

I've tried to adjust paper size, and could not get a result. Cleaned all rollers, no change. Blowed all sensors I could find, No change. It just dont even try to fold just spits a creased paper with slammed front jusually.

Motor Circuit Board 2 controls the fold motors. Motor Circuit Board 1 controls the crease motors. Each board should have 2 fuses on it.

all fuses are good. All motors spining. It feels like its lost its calibration :(
I've added photo of how it tried to make trifold from a saved preset. Obvoiusly it cant count distances. Creasing lines are marked with arrows in the photo.

If someone is interested, I had set home position for creaser, F1 and F2. Somehow it forgot where the home was :D changed the battery too
