Trendsetter 3230 Not enough light error

Getting an error on our Trendsetter 3230 (eol) for Exposure Head: LV Not Enough light for beam balance - Prompt: 17686
Cannot get plate to image.
Any ideas?

Looks like your Kodak Trendsetter 3230 has a problem with the laser head. I can put you in touch with our service dept. and they will do remote diagnostics to determine the exact cause and to repair the problem.
