I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for our front end workflow.
Currently we are using Franklin Estimator for estimating, We then receive a PO, write up a job jacket (by hand) and use quickbooks for our accounting. We have to reference back the #'s on the PO to the estimating database
I really feel our company could benefit from a complete MIS system, but im not sure how to pitch it to my boss or which ones are affordable. Money being the key motivating factor to my GM. It would be nice if it could export to quickbooks. Not sure they could handle a change in accounting. Thanks in advance.
