We are a church that has been leasing our printers/copiers for the last 6 years. After researching the costs, I'm really tempted to buy our next machines outright and just continue the service/supplies contract with our current supplier. The machines would be the Xerox 560 and the D110.
Given the money we would save by NOT leasing, they would pay for themselves after 21 months.
The 560 we would be printing only about 10K/month color and 30K/month black.
The 110 we would be printing about 30K/month black.
My question is, with these print volumes and regular maintenance, how long can I expect these machines to last?
