Urgent Suggestion for Gold Pantone Label

I’ve been trying to print gold Pantone 871U on Uncoated Grained Texture Label Stock & tried to test gold Pantone patch using a roller but found very light impression although expected deep results as of Pantone but didn’t got the match, on second try I did a screen print test which came out just perfect but didn’t had that crisp text.

I’m all interested to achieve it in offset any possibility.

If the paper is very absorbent, metallic inks lose their shine. You can limit the problem by printing a transparent varnish before and metallic ink on top.

The middle photo is NOT hot foil leaf stamp.
When you zoom in on the photo, you can still see the paper texture.
The dies and pressure would flatten those areas.
I agree it looks like gold thermography.

Hi, Thanks y'all for helping out.
I had a word with our some other ink manufacturer & they helped me achieve the result with there Metallic Gold Ink.
Although the Label Stock was Textured & Uncoated the results came out to be fantastic.
