3 tower setup on a Horizon Stitchliner 5500. tower #3 the trays will rise for calibration & feeding, but do not drop down once empty. They will return to the starting position if the towers are powered down. We are not getting any error codes, thinking it could be a faulty sensor.
Anyone in the forum experienced this before or have insight on what to look for?
