Valuejet head problem/clog?

Hello folks, hate to make such a fuss over nozzles, but I need my Mutoh running soon!
Here's the deal, I'm new to this Machine, it's almost brand new and we haven't been using it that much.
I did the manual cleaning, and then did a nozzle check and there was just one small piece missing on the print..........so I did the NORMAL head cleaning, which usually clears that up.
It got worst!!! Did another.....got much worse!!! Did the STRONG setting, and I got nothing but black left now on the nozzle head check!
How can the print get worse after all these cleanings??? Nothing should be clogged if the 1st nozzle check was almost perfect?
I did one large banner on Monday and neglected to clean everything until today, but still.. the first nozzle check was OK, the problem arose from the cleanings.

Thank you all in advance for any help given........I've learned alot from this site!!

OOps............it's a Valuejet 1614....

MUTOH recommended have a break 10-20 minutes after nozzles cleaning before you start any other job output or nozzle check
