I'm doing a job dealing with election information where I need to sort a list of voters by voting precincts, with each precinct starting at the top of a new page. Is there a way through Excel to insert the various blank records quickly, or some other list management software to do this? Is there a way through Data Merge in InDesign CS3 to handle this? Or maybe a third party software like XMPIE or Design Merge that would handle this problem?
