Versant 180 Toner Issue

I currently am having an issue with our Versant 180, images attached to help, but basically there seems to be lumps of black toner coming out on all colours, I have replaced the drum, cleaned the toners via the maintenance section and cleaned the fuser via it too for good measure.

Anyone any ideas?

I'd still say it's the fuser, might be too far gone for the cleaning operation to completely clear it off. There is a cloth on the cleaner which might need to be replaced.

Pressure roll... you can do a bunch of fuser cleanings to get rid of it, but it will come back until the pressure roll is replaced.

You wouldn't happen to know of a video or document explaining the process to replace the pressure roller? I know how to do the fuser belt just not the roller.

I've had this happen on my 280, it was the developer housing leaking. It wasn't as nasty looking as your prints, but maybe worth a look.

Just an update on this, I replaced the full fuser unit today, so the part with the belt on it, not the pressure roller itself.
I gave the roller a good clean using roller wash
And now the machine is back up and running with 0 issues, working perfectly. Thank you all for your help
