VERTICAL GRADIENT ISSUE

i have one question regarding "VERTICAL GRADIENT"
i made gradient in (illustrator & indesign CS6) when i rotate in 90 degree ,,\
it become change (see picture) left one is original but right one little dark . even printing also same.
please anyone can help me out from this issue.

What output device are you using and is the gripper/sheet direction the same on both?????

Optical illusion. Copy and paste the right/dark piece to the left of the original piece, and the appearance changes. Copy and paste a sliver of the dark over the original and it blends in.
