Thanks, Asures. I have contacted our X-Rite rep. There seems to be an issue with customer service with them. Same with Lithec, they are just not responding to us. Yes, our scanner is a stand-alone unit, but it does work in harmony with the press console.Have you tried contacting your local X-Rite regional rep?
Usually the larger scanners are tied into the console.
