Wasatch SoftRip 6.2 layouts all deleted

We are using Wasatch SoftRip 6.2 and had over 100 layouts contained in the print queue for jobs we repeat often. These layout files were all instantaneously deleted somehow. Does anyone know what could cause this? Is there a maximum amount of files/layouts you can put in the print queue? Any help would be appreciated.
