Will the Happenings of 11/08/16 make America Print Again?

Or biggest enemy was our own government. I hope that is about to change because I was getting ready to scale back even more if it was going to stay the the same or as she promised to make it even worse.

It was a very interesting and ground-breaking election. Never before in American History has there been two more unpopular candidates. What's more is, that for the first time in American History, voters went to the poles, not to vote for their candidate, but, to vote against the opposing candidate. Interesting..........

Figures that is where you got that from. Do you actually believe that?

Can't you just looks at the attendance of the rallies?

A few thousand people at rallies, out of a population of 318.9 million people? What?

There was a stat floating around the news agencies before the vote with 25% saying they would be voting for one candidate solely because they hated the other.

That is a frightening volume to think of.

For that matter, the entire world............?

Perhaps once the free competition trade tariffs kick in China's printing cost advantage will disappear and more will get printed elsewhere. Big opportunity for printers in India and other parts of south east asia.

I would think that percentage would be higher.

The assessment from my original post did not come from the nytimes link as posted by PrintIT (although, that did pretty much validate my observation). It came from the general consensus of all the pre-election hype and ads as well as the feedback from the public relative to those ads. I'm totally unbiased on the outcome (I voted for Harambe the dead gorilla along with over 15,000 other American voters).

Even Ex President George W Busch and the Ex First Lady Laura Busch voted for "None Of The Above".

So I'm not "happy" about the outcome, but, I'm not "unhappy" either. I was merely making an observation.

What I AM happy about is 2 years of no political ads. YAY!!!!!!

IF, the new administartion can widdle down the corporate tax rate to say below 20% or even 15%, R.R. Donnelley and alikes will lay down the brick and motar and they shall come.

So ink on paper and countless other manufacturers could make things somewhat great again. Certainly not a sermon, just a thought.

Stay tuned planet.

If that were to happen my speculation would be that those corporations would just invest more in automation and digital infrastructure. No new plants, no new jobs. In fact, quite probably fewer jobs and what jobs remain would likely be low skill, i.e. Low paying.
The cost of merchandise in WalMart may increase which in turn would mostly negatively impact the folks in the lower economic rungs, pensioners, and the un and underemployed.

Well, if that becomes the case, than the USA, Canada and all nations of the world are headed for doom as the human race will not be able to support itself. This goes well beyond an election and direction.

So as far as ink on paper, it seems from the reply, we can expect exponentially less need for craftsmanship, products manufactured by human beings and the withdrawal of a means of society to support itself.

If true, mankind is an endangered species and are quickly on the pathical trail of the dinosaurs.

If you think about it, it may not be totally detrimental to the planet we live on, Earth.

Always looking for the silver lining. Thank you Mr. P.

Sure, let's look at his rallies and her rallies. That means nothing. What does mean something is that the POPULAR vote went to Clinton. Democracy?

If you subtract the estimated voter fraud, that is not true. Thank God for the Electoral Collage that pockets of voter fraud has little impact on the election.

What does mean something; truly bottom line, is the Clintons will be going back to wherever they came from.

Like it; good, bad or indifferent depending on your particular viewpoint. But that is the reality.

We surly hope so. Now Billy can wet his noodle where ever and with every he wants and nobody will care.

If you look at Trumps 100 day plan, one of them is major individual tax reform and corporate tax reform. 3 tax brackets for individuals and a corporate rate going from 35% to 15%. McConnell (majority leader of the senate for the non-Americans) has said that tax reform is a top priority of the senate. So looks like we could be seeing this happen.

Also, in Trumps 100 day plan, he wants to enact a law that says for every new government regulation, 2 regulations must be repealed. That could do wonders for small businesses across America. Especially of the EPA gets reeled in like he's planning on doing.

He said during the campaign that the American people are going to get so tired of winning that they would ask him to stop.

Time shall tell.
